Kurt helps early and growth stage tech companies remove barriers to efficient growth by developing the Finance function for greater impact on the business. As a fractional CFO or project-based consultant, he works closely with CEOs and their teams to create sound strategic and operational financial plans that are supported internally across the business, and by the board of directors.
Once plans are vetted and accepted, Kurt leads the execution work in partnership with the leadership team and staff to ensure the planned business goals are actually achieved. As a 5-time CFO for growth stage technology companies, he knows how to drive revenue growth and efficiencies both organically and through M&A.
Kurt received his MBA from the University of Chicago - Booth School of Business, his bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and is a registered CPA.
